Dafluid is a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer and supplier of OEM hydraulic fittings, automotive fluid connectors, power steering hoses, and precision fasteners for heavy industry. The Service provides product information, technical specifications, quotation requests, and engineering support to qualified business customers.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by businesses, procurement professionals, and engineering personnel. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.
4. Quotations and Orders
All quotations provided through the Service are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations do not constitute binding contracts until a written purchase order is accepted by Dafluid via email or formal purchase agreement. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements.
5. Product Specifications
All product specifications, dimensions, performance ratings, and material information published on the Service are provided for general informational purposes. Final product specifications are confirmed at the time of order acceptance and may vary based on custom engineering requirements, applicable standards, or material availability. Dafluid reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice, provided that such modifications do not materially affect form, fit, or function of confirmed orders.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dafluid Industrial Co., Ltd. and its licensors. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, P.R. China. International commercial terms (Incoterms 2020) apply to all cross-border transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Export Controls and Trade Compliance
Customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and EU Dual-Use Regulation. Customer shall not use, transfer, or resell Dafluid products in violation of any such laws.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Refunds, Returns, and Warranty Claims
Warranty claims for confirmed defects in materials or workmanship must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by batch identification and supporting photographs or test data. Dafluid will, at its option, repair, replace, or credit the defective goods. Customer is responsible for return shipping on warranty claims unless otherwise agreed in writing. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond the specifications agreed at order acceptance.
19. Sanctions and Anti-Corruption Compliance
Customer represents and warrants that it is not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity located in, any country subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, European Union, United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or P.R. China. Customer shall not use, transfer, or resell Dafluid products to any sanctioned party or prohibited end-use. Customer shall comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the U.K. Bribery Act 2010, and the P.R. China anti-commercial-bribery laws. Customer shall maintain books and records sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the foregoing.
20. Data Processing Addendum
To the extent Dafluid processes personal data on behalf of Customer in the course of fulfilling orders, the parties shall enter into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) substantially in the form published on this website or made available on request. The DPA incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2, Decision 2021/914) for transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area, and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable. 21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any quotation, accepted purchase order, executed Data Processing Addendum, or other written agreement expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. No modification of these Terms shall be binding unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Dafluid.
